Debit Card Re-PIN

In our continued effort to improve all of our member services, we have opted to update our debit card processor. This change will require all members to re-PIN debit card(s) by phone on August 9th.

Top Things to Know:

• Ensure we have your current contact information.

• You’ll need to re-PIN your debit card(s) on Monday, August 9 by dialing 1-800-290-7893 (outside of the U.S call 206-624-7998) and completing the prompts. TIP: Call from the primary phone number we have on file for a speedy authentication process.

• When establishing your PIN, you may select a new number or reuse your old one.

• You should not see an interruption with recurring or preauthorized payments (such as gym memberships, movie clubs or monthly electric or phone bills, etc.).

Why is this change happening? We work diligently to ensure that all members benefit from the highest quality financial products and services available. As such, we made the decision to switch debit card processors, which will allow additional benefits.

Will I get a new card? No. You may continue to use your existing card. You’ll receive a redesigned debit card at renewal.

Why do I need to re-PIN my card? For security reasons, your PIN cannot be transferred from our old processor to our new one. When establishing your PIN, you may select a new number or reuse your old one.

How do I re-PIN my card? Easy! Simply call 1-800-290-7893 and follow the prompts. TIP: Call from the primary phone number we have on file for a speedy authentication process.

How early can I re-PIN my card? You can begin to PIN your card as early as 12:01am PST on Monday, August 9th.

What if I forget to re-PIN my card? Your debit card will continue to work as credit but will not be able to be used as debit until your PIN has been established with our new processor.

Will this affect my recurring charges? Expect no interruption with recurring or preauthorized payments (such as gym memberships, movie clubs or monthly electric or phone bills, etc.).
