We’ve been alerted that fraudsters are spoofing our phone number, causing the Caller ID to display our number to make it seem like the calls are from TCFCU. These fraudsters may impersonate our employees, asking you to confirm account or personal information.

Remember: We will NEVER contact you to request personal information or digital banking credentials.

If you receive a suspicious call or message:

• Do not share any personal information: Hang up immediately if you are asked for account details or other personal data.
• Verify the source: Contact TCFCU directly at 559-686-1791 to confirm if we attempted to reach you.
• Watch for urgent language: Fraudsters often use urgency to pressure you into making hasty decisions.
• Review your accounts regularly: to quickly spot and report any unauthorized activity.
