Celebrating 85 Years of Serving Tulare County!
In 1939, a group of educators had a vision to establish a financial institution that could support the hardworking teachers of Tulare County. This resulted in the creation of the Tulare County Teachers Federal Credit Union. Over time, the Credit Union expanded its services and in 2002, it dropped the word "Teachers" from its name, welcoming all residents of Tulare County. Despite these changes, education still remains at the core of its identity.
Tulare Federal is committed to providing excellent financial products and services to its members. Whether you're a teacher, student, business owner, or anyone in between, our services are tailored to meet your needs. The credit union is grateful to its members for their support, loyalty, and trust that helped it grow and prosper over the past 85 years.

I was a first time car buyer and totally overwhelmed by the process. Tulare Federal took the time to educate me on the process and worked hard to get me the best loan possible so all I had to worry about was finding the perfect car.

Every Car I've driven for the past 40 years has been financed by Tulare County (Teachers) Federal Credit Union. I quit using the bank that led the way to the disastrous financial crash and now TCFCU is my only bank. Appreciate the great service and security.

When my wife and I came to teach in Tulare County almost 50 years ago, we wanted to find a good place to put our money. We choose the Credit Union and have been happy that we did.
